Comments from the Audience:

During “Comments from the Audience,” the Board Secretary will call upon each individual who submitted a written request to address the Board. Each person will be allowed three (3) minutes for their comments. A total of 30 minutes will be allowed for the public comment period; unless extended at the discretion of the Board President. The Board may choose to ask clarifying questions regarding an expressed concern, but does not respond to the concern at the meeting.  Frequently matters are referred to the Superintendent for review.  A response from individual Board members is not required.
